At Shapelle, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned—whether it’s a sizing mishap or a little retail therapy that went too far! But don’t worry, we’re here to make it right because your confidence and satisfaction are our top priorities.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Please note that minor imperfections or slight stains won’t be considered quality issues, as we strive to keep our designs affordable and stunning for every woman.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • We ship directly from Hong Kong to ensure you get the latest styles quickly, while our return address is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for convenience.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping costs (we’re actively working on more customer-friendly return policies!).
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Non-compliant returns may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Send an email to: heyshapelle@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Note that only one return request is allowed per order.
  4. We’ll respond within 48 business hours with return instructions. Refunds are issued as a Shapelle e-gift card (excluding shipping costs). A $6 restocking fee per item will apply.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing heyshapelle@gmail.com.
  • A 5% processing fee will apply. Once your order begins processing, cancellations or changes won’t be possible, so please double-check before confirming your purchase.

Return Processing:

  • Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to reach our warehouse and an additional 2-3 weeks to process.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete. Refunds are issued as a Shapelle e-gift card, excluding a flat-rate shipping cost of $20.95.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items that are unworn and in their original condition. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty Item?

  • If you receive a faulty item, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement.
